Wordless Wednesday – Sweet Potato Gnocchi

We are on holidays at the moment but we made these a few weeks ago, they were yummy!!

     They were yummy! He hates having his photo taken now and uses anything to cover his face up. Secretly I think that he loves it.

     It was the first time that we had made it Kelly. I think we will have to keep at it, they were a little chewy but the sweet potato works great!

   Oh, I’m so hungry and I love gnocchi!! They look delicious!! I’ve never actually made them myself, although my mother in law makes them sometimes. Hmmm…now I have a craving…

     It’s amazing how simple yummy food can be. I never thought that I would be one to make gnocchi, I’m pretty useless at things like that.
