Never would have dreamt of using Weetbix as substitute for the biscuits in this recipe! Healthier? Do they taste very different?

Oh my gosh these look scrummy!

Anything with condensed milk in it is a winner for me. I have been known to eat it straight out of the can once or twice – but don’t tell anyone ;)

  5. that looks so easy and yummy. I think my girls would love to make these with me. Rachel x

    I NEED RECIPE :) pleaseeeeeee!!!!!!

    • 8 Weet-bix
      1 tin condensed milk
      2 tbsp cocoa
      2 tbsp coconut
      Extra coconut for rolling

Crush Weet-Bix in a bowl then add cocoa powder and coconut.

Stir in the tin of condensed milk and roll into little balls. Then roll the balls in the extra coconut.

They set really hard in the fridge but ours never really make it that far.

      Enjoy :)

Cute! I did a similar set of images this week for a recipe post for chocolate rum truffles that failed and turned into chocolate brandy coconut fudge!

You know, I do love your blog template! :)

  11. I am so making these tomorrow! Thank you :-)

  12. Wow, the weetbix makes them healthy, right? I love these because they’re one of those ‘pantry items’ recipes where you can find everything you need at home. Love it.
